Mason H. Ross Jr. began his journey in the tax industry with a strong foundation in finance and a lifelong passion for numbers. While achieving success in the music industry, Mason recognized an opportunity to combine his entrepreneurial drive with his financial expertise, leading to the establishment of Ross Tax Services in 1998. Through careful planning and discipline, he successfully balanced both industries, allowing each venture to grow and thrive.

As the business expanded, Mason’s wife, Daisy Ross, joined the firm after completing specialized training to further strengthen the services offered. Together, they bring over 29 years of combined experience, enhancing the firm’s ability to deliver knowledgeable, reliable, and high-quality tax services to their clients.

In 2011, Mason partnered with Christopher Phillips to form Ross & Phillips Tax Services and More. After years of successful collaboration, the partnership concluded amicably in early 2020. Remaining focused and resilient, Mason and Daisy continued their mission of exceptional service by founding Ross & Associates Tax Office later that year.
