Alongside this success, he developed a solid foundation in tax expertise, thanks to the mentorship of Mr. Al Davis.

In 1998, recognizing the potential to merge his financial acumen with his entrepreneurial spirit, Mason founded Ross Tax Services. He expertly balanced his tax business with his music ventures, ensuring that both avenues thrived while maintaining distinct professional identities.

In 2011, Mason took a significant step by partnering with Christopher Phillips to create Ross & Phillips Tax Services. Following the amicable conclusion of their partnership in early 2020, Mason remained steadfast in his vision to provide exceptional tax services, ultimately leading to the establishment of Ross & Associates Tax Office.
